We are a Highland-based business with 40 years of experience in manufacturing and supplying superior-quality timber frame homes and replacement windows and doors.
We operate two showrooms: one located in Inverness, serving the city and surrounding areas, and another in Bower, serving Caithness and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on our customer-focused approach, ensuring that we meet the needs of our customers across the Scottish Highlands.
Windows & Doors
Our award-winning windows and doors are energy efficient, high performance and made to measure in uPVC, traditional and aluminium-clad engineered redwood and hardwood in a range of colours and styles including white golden oak and rosewood effect.
All windows have a British Standard severe exposure weather rating. Through Independent Network our replacement uPVC windows and doors come with an insurance-backed 10-year guarantee.
We offer the most secure, energy efficient Composite external door on the UK market. Unlike any other composite doors, our door has a 65mm Reinforced Fiberglass monocoque structure which gives it a massive strength-to-weight ratio. Norscot’s Palladio composite doors offer all of the aesthetic benefits of timber, coupled with the security, thermal performance and low maintenance of modern materials.
Our highly insulated, low carbon, timber frame kit homes are eco-friendly and designed to meet the demands for fuel conservation and sustainability of the natural environment. They are individually certified by an independent structural engineer and probably stronger than any other kit homes available in the UK; thus making them suitable for any mainland or island location.
We specialise in providing kit homes to self-builders but also supply kit homes to the trade, house builders and developers. Our in-house designers will accommodate your every wish, be it a variation on one of the wide range of standard kit homes on offer or your own “grand design”.
We aim to be flexible and save you as much worry and hassle as is possible. We can deal with all statutory consents and offer an optional kit home erection service, to give you complete peace of mind.
