Our Products
Our product range includes a range of timber frame kit homes; made-to-measure windows, doors, patios and conservatories in redwood, hardwood and either white, rosewood or golden oak uPVC: the Design 5 timber / aluminium composite window system and sliding mirror doors system. Our uPVC windows also carry the BM Trada Q-Mark third party accreditation.
To promote and distribute our products outwith Caithness, we own a purpose built showroom, sales office and storage facility on the Carse Industrial Estate in Inverness.

Our customer base comes from the domestic, retail, trade and public market sectors from the Shetland Isles in the north to the central belt in the South and from the Outer Hebrides in the west to Aberdeen in the east.
We currently employ over 70 staff and generate an annual turnover in excess of £4 million. Our quality assurance scheme is accredited to the internationally recognised ISO 9001 standard.
Over the years Norscot has built up a strong capital base and now has the financial resources to provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.

Getting involved with the community
Here at Norscot, we pride ourselves on supporting local schools, clubs and societies.
Every year, we work with our team to select a Highland-based Charity of the Year.
We supported local surfer, Phoebe Strachan, as she headed off to take part in an international competition in Cornwall this summer.
We sponsor the annual Norscot Race to Inverness Competition at Inverness Golf Club.
We sponsor an advertising board at Castletown Football Club.
We support Birchwood Highland through fundraising and awareness events.
We have held collections in aid of our local foodbank on various occasions. Especially during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic to assist people affected by panic buying.
We sponsor an advertising board at Wick Academy Football Club and have previously been a match sponsor.
We currently sponsor an advertising board at Thurso Bowling Club every year.
We currently sponsor one of the Caithness Rugby and Football Club mini buses. We have also sponsored some of their matches.

Every year, we collect donations for the annual Caithnes Fm Toy Appeal which ensures vulnerable teenagers and children find the magic in Christmas.
