Timber Windows
Timber windows are ideal for period or listed properties
We manufacture our windows in either hardwood or highly efficient engineered timber.
Our engineered timber windows are designed to combine high performance with aesthetic appeal. Engineered timbers are made by joining/glueing multiple pieces together, ensuring a strong, durable and faultless timber material.
Our windows are preservative treated using a double vacuum process. All our windows are factory spray finished with two base coats and one top coat, prior to assembly and glazing.
We use the latest, most environmentally-friendly water-based preservative treatments, paints and stains. With regular maintenance, these windows can offer a service life of over 60 years.
Our traditionally manufactured windows are made using thermally efficient glass and materials, by our skilled window and door specialists ensuring a high level of quality throughout the manufacturing process.

“Last week, two of your window fitters came to our house to install three windows. The lads worked hard and efficiently, were well mannered and even cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job. My reason for this email is to commend them both for doing such a good job and I would be pleased if you could thank them both from myself and my wife.” Mr and Mrs Simonite, Watten, 2024.

“Having previously worked in the domestic & commercial glazing industry, I can easily recognise a “proper” company when I see one. Everyone I came across in Norscot, from initial enquiry, showroom demonstration of their exceptional VEKA systems, quotation, survey, installation and accounts have been exemplary. Norscot offer in my opinion the most advanced window and door systems coupled with the most efficient glazing options available in the UK. All made possible by the people involved. Well done. “ Mr McLean, Inverness, 2024.
