Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Fabricators to join our team. You will be responsible for manufacturing uPVC windows, doors, and associated products. Ideal candidates will have hands-on fabrication experience along with a desire to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Follow all health and safety guidelines in the production area.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality throughout the fabrication process.
• Cut, assemble, and weld uPVC profiles to manufacture windows, doors, and related products  according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate production equipment such as saws, welders, drills, corner cleaners, & CNC equipment.
• Install glass, hardware, seals, and accessories to precise standards.
• Inspect products throughout production to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Identify and correct defects or errors in fabrication.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:
• Experience within a manufacturing environment (uPVC fabrication preferred).
• Proficiency with hand tools, fabrication machinery, and welding equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift materials safely.

Desirable:
• Experience with CNC machinery or automated tools.
• Knowledge of uPVC window and door systems.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
