Five Steps to Your New Norscot Windows & Doors

Embarking on a home improvement journey can be both exciting and daunting, but with Norscot Windows & Doors, it’s simple and stress-free.  Here’s a step-by-step guide on how we ensure your home improvement project is handled with care and precision from start to finish.

Step 1: No Obligation Survey

To get started, one of our experienced sales team will visit you at your home to conduct a professional, no-obligation survey. They will also ensure your home improvement goals are suitable and discuss any specific requests or questions you may have. Key measurements will be taken which will allow us to produce your quotation.

Step 2:  Once Agreed

Our sales team will work with you to help you achieve your home improvement dreams. Once your quote is approved; the surveyor will visit your home to re-measure the areas before processing your order for manufacturing.

Step 3: Manufacture

We manufacture in our workshops in Caithness, ensuring complete control over the quality of our made-to-measure Timber, uPVC, and AluWood windows, doors, patios, and conservatories. Our workshops, dedicated to uPVC, Timber Frame, Timber, and AluWood, provide the widest selection of construction materials in Scotland. Our skilled team meticulously assembles each project, incorporating accessories like trickle vents, cills, and locks.

All products meet the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. As Gold Members of the Structural Timber Association, we are committed to sustainability, quality, and safety.

Step 4: Installation

We will treat your home like our own; our aim is that when your home improvements are installed, you will never know we have been there.

Before installation, we will ask you to move any valuable and/or large pieces of property away from the work area to avoid them getting dusty or damaged accidentally. Don’t worry if you can’t manage everything; our installers are more than happy to help when they arrive at your property – dust sheets are our installers’ best friends!

Our team of expert installers will responsibly remove your existing frames for recycling and/or disposal before carefully installing your brand-new windows and doors. To finish, our installers will wipe down all internal and external surfaces of your new windows and doors, ensuring we leave your house the way we found it.

Step 5: Aftercare

We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our customers before, during and after installation. Once your products have been installed, you will be given a copy of our helpful Maintenance Manual which can also be found in our Window and Door Advice Centre

Our experienced team are here to help and advise you on how to look after your products throughout their guarantee period to ensure you get the best out of your products.

With Norscot Windows & Doors, your home improvement project is in safe hands, backed by our commitment to quality, sustainability, and exceptional customer service.
