- Includes the Norscot Kit, based on our standard specification
- Assumes good quality, moderately priced kitchens, appliances, and bathroom fittings
- Based on a reasonably level site with typical ground conditions
- Assumes mains services are located nearby
Please note
- For Routes 1 and 2, a suitably qualified professional is typically required for mortgage purposes
- Land purchase (plot cost) is not included
- Contingency allowances are not included
