The lounge benefits from windows on two sides, bringing natural light into the room from more than one direction.
It forms a separate living space alongside the kitchen and dining area.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The Navidale has a long kitchen and dining area, with a deep window positioned within the dining space.
The standard design also allows space for a rear door to be incorporated if required.
Three Bedrooms with Built-In Wardrobes
All three bedrooms are arranged on the same level, and each includes built-in wardrobe space.
A separate bathroom serves the bedroom accommodation.
Entrance Storage and Optional Garage
