Mr Hay from Inverness kindly wrote to us expressing his delight with his recently installed windows and doors. He wrote that Norscot was ‘extremely helpful both in the showroom and during your follow up visit to my home’. He said our information and advice were ‘very clear and concise ‘ and that he never felt under pressure at any time.
Mr Hay went on to say that our office staff were ‘friendly and courteous’ and that our surveyor, Keith Macleod was ‘pleasant and punctual’.
His letter continued to say that he would ‘highly recommend the installer, Gordon Mackenzie’ whose ‘attention to detail and workmanship was exceptional’. Mr Hay told us how Gordon removed all the rubbish and ‘left everything clean and tidy’. He wrote ‘It was a pleasure to have him carry out the installation’.
He concluded his letter by saying ‘I had been apprehensive about having such major work carried out but I must say that the whole experience was so professional and trouble-free that I will have no hesitation in recommending your company, Many thanks for a job very well done’.
