To allow us to push forward with our plans to expand our Window, Door & Timber Frame sales throughout the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team at our Bower Showroom. This post requires a mature person of smart appearance who has a pleasant and confident manner.
Experience is advantageous but not necessary as full product training will be provided. Primarily, we are looking for applicants who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our customers, whilst successfully communicating the products and services offered by the company. You must like meeting people and talking to them on a one to one basis, whilst also working as part of a dynamic team.
You will be handling telephone enquiries, pricing and processing orders as well as meeting and greeting customers in our all product showrooms. Showroom duties include dealing with customers, maintaining brochure stock levels as well as some cleaning duties. All our administrative functions are computerised; therefore applicants are expected to be competent in using computer software.
We are looking for people who display a willingness to listen, coupled with a determination and ability to develop into a focussed and reliable sales person.
Our contracted standard working hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 3.45pm on a Friday
