Charity of the year

We currently support Maggie's Highlands, the green building near Raigmore Hospital.
Maggie’s offers free expert psychological, practical and emotional support to people with cancer and their families and friends in the Highlands through its centre at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness and its other centres across the UK. Their network of warm and welcoming centres provides a full programme of support that has been shown to help people live better with cancer.
Together, we aim to increase awareness of the services provided by Maggie's Centre.
Seonaid Green, Maggie’s Highlands Centre Head said: “We are delighted to have been chosen as Norscot’s charity partner and so grateful to them for everything they have already done to help us provide vital psychological and emotional support to people living with cancer, as well as family and friends, across the whole of the Highlands. As a charity, the majority of our funding comes from voluntary donations so this kind of support is invaluable and we look forward to welcoming the Norscot team to our centre.”
Paws for a Cause: Walk up to 60kms for Maggie's
To kick start events for this year, some of our team have pledged to walk up 6o kilometres in July.
Whether they stroll solo or with their furry friend, it’s a perfect way to enjoy the summer weather, get some exercise, and support a great cause.
For every kilometre they walk, they are asked for a voluntary donation of ÂŁ1 donation to Maggie’s Highlands, our new Charity Partner.
By participating, they are boosting their health and helping those affected by cancer and their families.
Prizes and Recognition
Top Walker: Special prize for the employee who walks the most kilometres.
Best Furry Companion: They are invited to share photos of their dog on the walk for a chance to win!
