Triple-Aspect Lounge
A defining feature of the Kinbrace is its triple-aspect lounge, with windows positioned on three sides of the room.
The lounge also provides sufficient space for a dining area, while the kitchen offers an alternative location for everyday dining.
Four Bedrooms with Built-In Storage
The four-bedroom arrangement comprises two double and two single bedrooms.
All four bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, while the principal bedroom also includes an ensuite shower room. A separate bathroom serves the remaining accommodation.
Kitchen, Rear Access and Entrance Storage
The kitchen provides direct access to the rear of the house and has sufficient space to accommodate a dining area. At the entrance, a lobby leads into the hall where a dedicated coat cupboard provides additional built-in storage.
Optional Integral Garage
An integral garage can be added to either gable of the Kinbrace, subject to the necessary window being omitted or repositioned as part of the design.
This allows garage accommodation to be incorporated where required by the individual project and plot.
