The Kincraig is a 2-bedroom timber frame kit home offering 77.1m² of accommodation behind a double-fronted principal elevation. Its layout includes a separate lounge, kitchen with space for dining, utility room and built-in wardrobes to both bedrooms.
An integral garage can also be added to the bedroom gable if required.
Separate Lounge and Kitchen
The Kincraig has a good-sized lounge and a separate kitchen rather than combining the main living spaces into one open-plan room. The kitchen has space for a dining table, allowing cooking and dining to share the same area while keeping the lounge independent.
A separate utility is positioned off the kitchen, providing space for white goods away from the main kitchen area. The utility also provides access to the back door, giving it a useful connection to the outside.
Built-In Wardrobes to Both Bedrooms
Both bedrooms include built-in wardrobes, incorporating storage into the original layout and reducing the need for additional freestanding wardrobes.
A coat cupboard is also positioned off the entrance hall, adding storage close to the front door.
