The entrance vestibule of this design has a coat cupboard and a glazed door to the large hall. The lounge has a double aspect making it particularly light and airy. The kitchen/diner is spacious and gives access to the utility and a convenient cloakroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes thus providing plenty of storage space. The main bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
An optional integral garage can be built onto the bedroom gable. As an example of the ability to interchange cottage parts, the dayroom wing could be replaced by that of the Orchard, creating a completely different design.
