Our garden rooms are designed to fall within the permitted development rights in Scotland, which makes them a straightforward addition to your home and garden. Please contact us if you would like more information about planning permission.

We have been designing, manufacturing and delivering sustainable, energy-efficient timber frame kit homes for over 38 years. We proudly apply the same design principles to our garden rooms including a variation of our eco-wall specification.
Delivery times vary depending on each project, we’re happy to discuss your project and specify delivery dates accordingly. After delivery, you can DIY the assembly of your kit or employ a contractor (this can take 1-3 days depending on time and experience) and include any interior decorations.
