Aaron’s journey began in Inverness, growing up between Elgin, Moray and the Isle of Lewis. After leaving school in 1998, he trained as an Architectural Technician with a respected firm in Elgin while completing his HNC at Moray College. By 2001, Aaron was fully qualified and joined a timber frame kit company, focusing on self-build homes—producing technical drawings, thermal energy solutions and supporting sales. Over the years, his role evolved to include sales development and training, passing on his extensive knowledge to new team members.

Carla’s journey with Norscot began when the company sought someone to develop a timber frame kit range to support independent living. With a strong passion for social innovation, particularly in the manufacturing sector, she found Norscot’s mission to be perfectly aligned with her values.

Having been with the company for just over four years, Eleanor has brought a fresh perspective to our marketing efforts and the way we present ourselves to both present and future customers.

Taylor’s role involves greeting customers, arranging appointments to measure their items, and designing bespoke products to meet their needs.
