The Braemore’s L-shaped footprint creates a recessed entrance within the standard design.
From the entrance lobby, glazed double doors lead into the central hall, which provides access to the living and bedroom accommodation.
Dual-Aspect Lounge
The lounge benefits from windows on two sides, bringing natural light into the room from more than one direction.
A separate kitchen and dining area provides space for cooking and dining, with an adjoining utility offering direct access to the rear of the house.
Three Bedrooms with Built-In Storage
