Dual-Aspect Lounge
Windows on two sides bring natural light into the lounge and provide more than one outlook from the room. The lounge remains separate from the kitchen/diner, giving the Laggan two clearly defined main living spaces despite its compact floor area.
Kitchen and Dining Space
The kitchen provides space for dining within the same room, making efficient use of the available floor area. A rear door can also be incorporated from the kitchen if required.
Built-In Bedroom Storage
Both bedrooms include built-in wardrobes as standard, incorporating useful storage without relying entirely on freestanding furniture. Additional storage is provided from the central hall.
