Separate Lounge and Dining Room
From the entrance hall, glazed double doors lead into the lounge, while the Lochside also provides a separate dedicated dining room.
This gives the design two distinct principal living spaces rather than combining the lounge and dining accommodation into one open-plan area.
Kitchen, Utility and Storage
The kitchen provides sufficient space to incorporate a breakfast area and connects directly with the adjoining utility.
The utility includes additional store space and provides access to the rear of the house.
Three Double Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are double bedrooms and include built-in wardrobe space.
The principal bedroom also has its own ensuite shower room, while a separate bathroom serves the remaining accommodation.
Dedicated Study and Optional Garage
