The Norscot Story: 2020s

From 2020 to 2024, we achieved significant milestones: partnering with CNC Recycling to recycle increasing tonnes of uPVC each year, securing major contracts, and consistently being finalists in the Independent Network Customer Satisfaction Award.

Key highlights include supplying the Armadale Village Hall kit, joining The Considerate Constructors Scheme, and being finalists in the Highland Business Awards for our WellBe Home Project. We achieved Gold membership with the Structural Timber Association, designated Mikeysline as our Charity of the Year, and completed our new Bower store.

Our WellBe Home Project earned ‘Outstanding’ from Innovate UK’s KTP Grading Panel. Additionally, we launched NJ100 Trade, introduced Garden Room Kits, and were acquired by 1st FSD Group. Leadership changes included the retirements of Ellen Simpson, Peter Body, and Callum Grant, and promotions for Jason Fraser and Iain Polworth.

In 2024, we supplied WellBe Homes to Hudswell, Yorkshire, and provided the Timber Frame Kit for Wick Campsite’s redevelopment.
