Central Patio and Courtyard
The patio and courtyard form the architectural centrepiece of the Glengarry.
Rather than positioning the principal outdoor area entirely beyond the house, the design incorporates the courtyard within the overall plan, with accommodation arranged around it.
This gives the Glengarry a distinctive internal layout while creating a central outdoor space directly associated with the surrounding rooms.
Four Ensuite Bedrooms
The four bedrooms are grouped separately from the principal living accommodation.
