A separate dining room can also provide additional bedroom accommodation when required.
Ground-Floor Bedroom and Bathroom
One of the Portree’s three bedrooms is positioned on the ground floor, with a bathroom located on the same level.
The ground floor also contains the sitting room, kitchen and separate dining room.
Dining Room or Additional Bedroom
The dining room can alternatively be used as additional bedroom accommodation.
This gives the standard layout the option of providing another sleeping space without changing the Portree’s three principal bedrooms.
Two Bedrooms Upstairs
Two further bedrooms occupy the first floor, together with a separate shower room.
This divides the Portree’s three bedrooms between the two floors rather than grouping all of the sleeping accommodation upstairs.
