As we look back on the past year, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the efforts of our team here at Norscot. It’s thanks to their hard work and perseverance that we’ve been able to continue delivering for our customers.

Alasdair’s role as an Architectural Technician involves designing homes and collaborating closely with clients to bring their visions to life. Though relatively new to the company, he’s already enjoying the work and feels a sense of pride when his efforts are appreciated. “I enjoy doing my work and then having my boss tell me I’ve done a good job. That gives me a sense of pride.”

Having spent five and a half years working in the car hire industry, Amy was ready for a new challenge. She was drawn to Norscot by the opportunity to develop new skills in a different industry.

With previous experience in sales, particularly in the windows and doors industry, Joanna was looking for a new challenge when she came across Norscot. She was drawn to the company by the positive feedback she’d heard and the reputation Norscot has built over its 40 years of operation. “I pride myself on working with a company that has created so many job opportunities in the Highlands,” she says.

Keir has been an integral part of Team Norscot for nine years as a Technical Sales specialist. His role involves being the first point of contact for kit enquiries and guiding clients through the entire process, from initial discussions to final completion documentation.

We are delighted to introduce Ben Brodell, our dedicated QA/H&S Administrator. Ben has been part of Team Norscot for nearly two years, and his work focuses on keeping our standards high and our team safe.

We’re excited to introduce Sharon Lawrence, our Contract Administrator. Sharon has been an integral part of Team Norscot for over three years, bringing her organisational skills and customer service expertise to a new industry.

Today, we’re excited to introduce Nick Bruce, who is based in our Bower showroom. Originally from Glasgow, he has settled in Caithness with his family and has been part of our team for a year.
